Ground Breaking Ceremony at One18 Residences

SMCDer has celebrated the Ground Breaking Ceremony by the reason of awarding the structural works package. The ground breaking ceremony is Khmer traditional and cultural event dedicated to the guardian spirit in the construction area to ensure smooth progress during performance of the works.

One18 Residences is 25-storey serviced apartment development comprising 124 units with 5 levels of basement designed with mechanical car park system and communal facilities located at Lot No. 70, Street 118, Sangkat Mittapheap, Khan 7 Makara, Phnom Penh, Cambodia. The architectural design was done by Aedas and owned by Kingsland (KH) Development Co., Ltd.
